Event Overview 

  • Name: Northern Latitudes Film Festivals

1. Gold Partner (Lead Partner) – SOLD

  • Investment Level: Highest 
  • Benefits: 
  • Logo placement as a lead sponsor on all promotional materials (posters, flyers, social media, and website). 
  • Premier booth space for on-site engagement and product display. 
  • Complimentary passes (4 for each festival). 
  • Exclusive branding on a selected segment of the festival (Side screen during all viewing). 
  • Mention during the event and on social media channels.
  • Presenting ad placement in Northern Latitudes Podcast and ad placement in Northern Latitudes BIZ podcast.
  • First rights to sponsorship renewal for the next edition. 

2. Silver Partner – Encouraged to be In-Kind Partnerships

  • Investment Level: Moderate 
  • Benefits: 
  • Logo placement on the website, social media shoutouts, and the possibility of a booth or on-site presence depending on the value of the in-kind contribution.
  • Complimentary passes (2 for each festival). 
  • In show ad placement in Northern Latitudes BIZ podcast.
  • Mention during the event and on social media channels. 
  • Description: Suitable for businesses that can offer goods or services instead or in addition to financial support. 
  • Opportunities: Prizes for audience engagement, services like photography, or products for goody bags. 

On-Site Presence 

  • Description: An opportunity for businesses to interact directly with festival attendees. 
  • Options: Product demonstrations, interactive experiences, or informational booths. 
  • Available to: All sponsorship tiers but the scale and prominence depend on the sponsorship level. 

Customization Options
